Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Business Days: Our standard business days are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (excluding public holidays).

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days)
  • Priority Shipping (Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days)

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package has not moved for 7 or more business days, please contact us at [beyoutifuluxe@gmail.com], and we’ll open a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • We’ll work with the carrier to locate the package.

  • If the package is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

  • Please report a lost package within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Stolen Packages (Marked as Delivered, But Not Received)

If your tracking shows the order was delivered, but you did not receive it:

  1. Wait 24–48 hours sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure delivery location.
