At Beyoutiful Luxe, each soap and candle is lovingly handcrafted in small batches, using thoughtfully chosen ingredients to create moments of calm, beauty, and self-care.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, your satisfaction is deeply important to us and if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [beyoutifuluxe@gmail.com]. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the item so we can arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

Please note:

• To be eligible for replacement or store credit, items must be unused and in their original condition.
